Quartet playing mainly rock and funk based originals. They released one album, “The Don Stairs Vigil”, which is currently out of print. There are additional live and rehearsal recordings, but not currently available.

OUVE AZZY RUNK

1999-2002

Quartet playing groove, jazzy, rock, funk based originals. They released an EP, 1/2001 as Ouve Azzy Runk Trio, followed by the live release, Sounds from Six-S, featuring their newest member, Bruce H. Jr., and lastly their full length album, Tree. The first two releases are out of print, but copies of Tree are still available. Various live recordings exist, but none are currently available.

After the dissolution of Ouve Azzy Runk, Ouve continued as a dynamic live act, solidifying their style of “jazzy tinged, chicken-scratch funk, with mellow folk, old soul style. They released one self-titled EP. Various live recordings exist, but none are currently available.
